Job Description

Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Eccleshall

Salary: From £50,000 + 10% bonus (paid quarterly)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with on-call duties (approx. 1 in 9)
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: Occasional overnight cover

Service: Children’s Residential Home, EBD
Service Users: Children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), trauma, neglect, and abuse
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or working towards)
Experience Required: Senior-level experience within a residential children’s home setting

Number of beds: Multi Bed

Ofsted rating: All homes rated Good

Who we are looking for:
An experienced and motivated Registered Manager who can lead a team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care. You will have strong leadership skills, a sound understanding of safeguarding, and the ability to manage a home in line with regulatory requirements. You will be confident in managing staff, developing care plans, and driving positive outcomes for children and young people.
