Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Tutbury
Salary: From £50,000 + 10% bonus (paid quarterly)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm + on-call (approx. 1 in 9)
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: Occasional overnight cover required
Service: Children’s Residential Home
Service Users: Children & Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), trauma, neglect and abuse backgrounds
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or working towards)
Experience Required: Senior-level experience within a residential children’s home setting, including leadership and management

A well-established children’s residential home focused on delivering high-quality, therapeutic care to young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Number of beds: Multi Bed
Ofsted rating: All homes rated Good

An experienced and confident Registered Manager who can lead from the front, drive standards, and deliver high-quality, child-centred care. You will be passionate about improving outcomes for young people and capable of managing a team to consistently meet regulatory and organisational expectations.
