Job Description

Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Macclesfield

Salary: £55,000 – £63,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, previous registration history, and size of the home)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Structured working pattern
Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children’s Residential Home
Service Users: Children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a senior role within children’s EBD care, including leadership or management experience within a children’s home

Number of beds: Solo provision

An experienced and confident Registered Manager who can lead a solo EBD provision with a strong focus on safeguarding, therapeutic care, and positive outcomes. You will have a solid understanding of Ofsted regulations, experience managing teams, and the ability to create a stable and nurturing environment for young people.
