As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that Ofsted requirements are met and exceeded while empowering your team to deliver outstanding care.

We are searching for a passionate and experienced leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care to young people and developing a strong, motivated team
🎓 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
📆 At least 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
🏠 Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
💡 Strong leadership & team-building skills
✔️ Experience leading Ofsted inspections
✔️ Passion for creating a warm, homely, and child-focused environment
✔️ A drive to exceed Ofsted standards and continuously improve care quality
🔹 Lead & Manage the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
🔹 Support & Develop your staff, fostering a positive and nurturing work culture
🔹 Build & Maintain strong relationships with the community and key stakeholders
🔹 Ensure Safeguarding & Compliance with Ofsted, submitting required documentation
🔹 Drive Continuous Improvement – ensuring outstanding care for every young person
