🎯 Who We’re Looking For

We are searching for a passionate and experienced leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care to young people and developing a strong, motivated team

βœ… Essential Requirements

πŸŽ“ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
πŸ“† At least 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
🏠 Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
πŸ’‘ Strong leadership & team-building skills

✨ Desirable Qualities

βœ”οΈ Experience leading Ofsted inspections
βœ”οΈ Passion for creating a warm, homely, and child-focused environment
βœ”οΈ A drive to exceed Ofsted standards and continuously improve care quality
