Who we are looking for:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of either one or two solo placement homes (depending on experience).
As Registered Manager, you will ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for a young person. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team that delivers consistent, trauma-informed support.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 qualification and bring strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and a clear understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Quality Standards.
