Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Wirral

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per year + bonuses
Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children’s Home
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Adults and/or Children)
Experience Required: Minimum 24 months working in a residential childcare setting with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role

The Home:

Number of beds: Solo placement homes (one young person per home)

Who we are looking for:

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of either one or two solo placement homes, depending on experience.

In this role, you will ensure each home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for a young person. You will lead and support teams to deliver high-quality care while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Quality Standards.
