As a Registered Manager, you'll be the heart of the home, ensuring young people receive exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment. Your leadership will drive the team to create a safe, warm, and loving home that helps children and young people integrate into the community, develop life skills, and build a brighter future.

βœ… Lead & Inspire – Manage a compassionate care team to create a positive, nurturing environment.
βœ… Home Management – Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, policies, and procedures
βœ… Care Planning – Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet each young person’s needs.
βœ… Mentorship & Supervision – Support, guide, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
βœ… Collaborate with Experts – Work alongside Clinical Psychologists to implement evidence-based interventions
βœ… Recruit & Develop – Take part in hiring, vetting, and onboarding new team members.
βœ… Encourage Growth – Help young people engage in therapies, education, and essential life skills

πŸŽ“ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
πŸ‘¦ Experience at a senior level in a Residential Children's home
πŸš— Full manual driving licence
