Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)

Minimum 3 years’ management experience in residential childcare
Must have experience managing an EBD setting

Ratio of staff to children: High staff-to-child ratio
Base Salary: Up to £55,000
(Dependent on holding Level 5 qualification & 3+ years’ management experience)
Referral / Occupancy Bonus:
Up to £6,000 for homes with fewer than 3 beds
Ofsted Bonus:
£3,000 for Outstanding
£1,500 for Good

We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new EBD children’s home through registration and beyond.
You will be:
Experienced in managing Ofsted-registered EBD homes
Strong in trauma-informed and attachment-based practice
Capable of leading, mentoring, and developing a stable staff team
Knowledgeable in meeting Ofsted Fit Person requirements
Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and child-focused
