About Us

Top Nutrition Coaching (TNC) is a digital health company helping people build lasting health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. We combine practical guidance with ongoing support to help clients make sustainable changes that fit their lives.

About the Role

We’re seeking Registered Dietitians who enjoy building meaningful client relationships and translating nutrition science into practical, individualized care.

This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor role. You manage your schedule and caseload, while TNC supports client acquisition, insurance billing, and administrative operations.

This opportunity is a strong fit for dietitians who value flexibility, work well independently, and want to support clients through ongoing care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide virtual, one-on-one nutrition counseling grounded in evidence-based care
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans informed by clients’ health history, goals, preferences, and daily lives
  • Address clients’ nutrition needs through medical nutrition therapy, practical guidance on meal planning and dining out, and interpretation of relevant lab results and supplementation guidance within your scope of practice
  • Use collaborative goal-setting and behavior-change strategies to help clients build sustainable habits
  • Build strong, supportive relationships that encourage consistency and long-term engagement
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and client follow-up
  • Manage your appointment schedule and keep your availability current

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Applicable state licensure and professional liability insurance
  • Experience providing outpatient nutrition care or individualized nutrition counseling
  • A strong clinical foundation in medical nutrition therapy and evidence-based practice
  • Ability to translate clinical recommendations into realistic, actionable steps
  • An empathetic, collaborative approach that respects each client’s goals, circumstances, and readiness for change
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Comfort working independently and using digital tools to deliver virtual care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting clients through ongoing nutrition counseling
  • Experience delivering care through telehealth
  • Licensure in multiple states
  • Current or previous credentialing with commercial insurance plans

What We Offer

  • Flexible, remote work: Set your own schedule and manage your caseload
  • Client acquisition support: Our marketing and referral efforts help connect you with clients whose needs align with your expertise and availability
  • Session-based compensation: Get paid for the care you provide
  • Administrative support: Spend less time managing insurance and billing so you can focus on client care
  • Opportunities for ongoing care: Build relationships with clients and support their progress over time
  • Select licensing reimbursement: TNC reimburses initial licensing fees for additional states requested to meet network needs

Caseload growth varies based on client demand, state licensure, insurance credentialing, specialty, and availability.

Receptive Inc.

About Receptive Inc.

Receptive delivers on healthcare's biggest opportunities: access, affordability, patient outcomes, and experience. Through clinician-led virtual care, we empower hundreds of thousands of people with ongoing conditions to receive accessible, effective treatments across a lifetime of care.

The problem we solve:

For millions of people, barriers to care are structural, financial, and circumstantial—scheduling realities, transportation challenges, childcare, stigma, disability, distance, mobility, cost, or the emotional weight of simply trying to get help. Receptive exists because access is the first problem in healthcare. If you can't access care, nothing else matters.

Our approach:

Each Receptive brand addresses a different access failure with specialized, evidence-based care models:

- ADHD Advisor – Clinician-led ADHD diagnosis and treatment with continuity of care

- Pettable – Legitimate, state-compliant Emotional Support Animal (ESA) services backed by legal guarantees

- Top Nutrition Coaching – Personalized, outcomes-focused nutrition care with licensed dietitians

We take care of everything behind the scenes so that care can take center stage.

Our impact:

- Licensed in all 50 states

- Serving 100,000+ patients annually

- Part of a growing movement supporting the 15M+ people in the U.S. seeking accessible mental health and specialty care every year

Our commitment:

Ethical, clinician-first telehealth that prioritizes legitimacy, continuity, and long-term patient outcomes over speed and scale.
