Clinical Registered Dietitian to provide a Monthly Visit.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Clinical Registered
Dietitian to provide vital nutritional care through monthly on-site visits.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dietitian seeking a flexible schedule and
competitive compensation.

Schedule:
Flexible, One onsite visit per month with remotely flexibility for a total of 6hrs/month.

Compensation:
$30.00-38.00 per hour DOE

Travel Reimbursement:
Paid at the same hourly
rate for time traveling to and from the facility

Responsibilities:

• 
  Participate
  in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition care services and
  resident outcomes as needed.
• 
  Review
  and approve menu on a semi-annual basis to ensure it meets USDA guidelines
• 
  Conduct
  monthly kitchen sanitation audits, documenting findings and recommending
  corrective actions to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• 
  Perform
  other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice as needed.
• 
  Identify
  high-risk residents for periodic nutritional assessments
• 
  Adheres
  to all facility policy and procedure

Experience
& Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's
  or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an
  accredited program.
• 
  Registered
  by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• 
  Current
  state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state)
• 
  Minimum
  of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
• 
  Experience
  with reviewing menus for facilities.
• 
  Excellent
  communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families,
  and healthcare teams.
• 
  Possesses
  the ability to apply critical thinking to a variety of situations, assess
  objectives, develop and implement and monitor effective plans for
  improvement.
• 
  Proficiency
  in providing general nutrition
• 
  Familiarity
  with state survey processes and adhering to nutrition care regulations
