Must have current license as a dietitian if residing in a state with licensure requirements.

Responsible for the screening and/or assessment of patients, and development and documentation of care plans in the facility.
Areas of responsibility :
Outpatient and community education.
Clinical performance improvement programs
Nutrition education in the facility.
Supports hospital core values by demonstrating customer service behaviors toward patients, family, hospital staff and visitors consistent with
customer satisfaction goals..
Supports the director of Nutrition Services regarding the food service functions in the facility.
Responsibilities also include:
Administration of the clinical nutrition services and diabetes education budget
Development of clinical nutrition policies and procedures and preparation
Maintenance of regulatory requirements such as DNV, Wisconsin State regulations, etc.
Coordinates with the food service staff on clinical nutrition projects.
Provides clinical nutrition consultant services.
