Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time

Job Type: Full-Time (Flexible 3 to 4-Day Workweek Options)

Pay: $65.00 per hour + $2,500.00 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Comprehensive Periodontal Care: Deliver exceptional dental hygiene therapies, meticulous digital charting, scaling and root planing (SRP), and soft-tissue maintenance.
• Patient Education: Take the time to guide and educate patients on custom home-care routines, preventative health, and systemic links.
• Collaborative Diagnosis: Partner directly with Dr. Gregson and Dr. Indhya to review digital records and build conservative, personalized treatment plans.
• Pristine Standards: Maintain an efficient, comforting room turnover flow while following absolute sterilization and infection control protocols.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Licensure: Current Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
• Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Technical Skills: Experience with modern digital charting Open Dental, and digital radiography is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: Warm, family-oriented interpersonal skills that help patients feel safe, heard, and valued.
