Our modern 7-operatory practice operates with a collaborative, well-rounded team-including 2 Dentists, 4 Dental Assistants, and 2 Front Office Coordinators-all dedicated to delivering seamless patient care and supporting one another throughout the workday.
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on Mondays and Tuesdays Whether you are an experienced hygienist or transitioning from temporary coverage, this role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive, structured environment.
Preventive Patient Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments under doctor supervision.
Oral Disease Screenings: Conduct comprehensive patient examinations, screen for periodontal health, and review health histories.
Patient Education: Educate patients on home care routines, oral hygiene techniques, and personalized treatment recommendations.
Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with our 2 doctors and 4 dental assistants to ensure prompt patient flow and efficient operatory preparation.
Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).
Clinical Excellence: Strong proficiency in preventive care, periodontal evaluations, and diagnostic imaging.
Patient Communication: Gentle chairside manner with the ability to build trust and educate patients effectively.
Team Orientation: Reliable, collaborative attitude to partner smoothly with our front office and clinical staff.
