Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $48.00 – $52.00 / hour DOE + Monthly Hygiene Bonus Potential + Monthly Team Performance Bonus Potential
At Great Smiles Dental Care, we are led by Dr. Eric Wendelschafer, a clinician dedicated to providing meticulous "gentle dentistry" in a state-of-the-art environment. Built on a strong work ethic, deep community roots, and family values, our 5-star rated practice in Surprise, AZ focuses on quality patient care, thorough patient education, and treating every individual like family. Operating out of a modern 5-operatory facility, our team consists of 2 dedicated doctors, 4 dental assistants, 2 experienced RDHs, and 3 front office staff members who collaborate in a low-stress, "no-drama" environment.
We are seeking a passionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit clinical team on a full-time basis as an extension of our growing practice. In this role, you will act as a key preventive partner, delivering exceptional dental hygiene, advanced periodontal care, and patient education.
