We have a fantastic a opportunity for Registered Manager to join our family run business and lead our established service in Chingford & Loughton.
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. You will drive growth and performance by maintaining the highest standards of care, fostering a positive and supportive working environment, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring both our clients and care professionals receive the highest level of support.
We also welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers or Care Managers ready to take the next step in their career.
If you do not already hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, you will be supported to enrol following a successful probation period.

Dr Hannah MacKechnie worked at Radfield Residential care home for many years before training as a doctor at Birmingham University. After qualifying she worked in many hospitals across the West Midlands and in Christchurch, New Zealand and on returning to the UK completed her GP training. It was whilst working as a GP that she realised there was a need for a local home care company that put quality at the heart of its business.
Alex Green has also been closely associated with Radfield Residential Home and has a career background in finance having worked for companies such as HSBC and Halifax. In recent years he has been working for several charitable organisations around the country before settling back to Shropshire and becoming involved in the family business. Alex gained his Registered Managers Award qualification in 2008.
