Join a Mission that Matters: Registered Behavior Technician
Help Build Futures Filled with Achievement, Dignity, Happiness, and Hope

Are you a caring, dedicated individual who wants to make a real difference every day? At Ädelbrook, we’ve spent over 125 years empowering children, young adults, and adults with autism and developmental disabilities to live lives full of possibility. We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team—people who are passionate about using the science of behavior to support growth in residential homes, school programs, and community-based settings.

This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to help individuals learn new skills, increase independence, and thrive in safe, supportive environments where every person is valued and celebrated.

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct 1:1 teaching and skill-building in residential, educational, and community settings
  • Collect accurate data to track progress and support individualized treatment plans
  • Support daily living skills, communication, socialization, and adaptive behaviors
  • Promote inclusion and meaningful participation in classroom, home, and community activities
  • Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and teammates to foster a team-centered approach
  • Ensure safety, consistency, and a nurturing environment where individuals can grow

What You Bring:

  • A compassionate heart and commitment to person-centered care
  • RBT certification (or willingness to complete training and certification with our support)
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit
  • Experience in ABA, education, or direct care (preferred but not required—we provide full training!)
  • A desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of others

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

We believe in investing in the people who power our mission. At Ädelbrook, you’ll enjoy:

  • Competitive Pay– Fair, market-aligned salaries with opportunities to grow
  • Affordable Health Coverage– Medical, dental, and vision plans that fit your needs
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)– Tax-free savings with employer contributions
  • Professional Growth– Ongoing ABA training, supervision, and career advancement support
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan– With employer matching to help you plan for the future
  • Tuition Reimbursement– Continue your education and expand your career in behavior analysis
  • Generous PTO– Vacation, sick leave, and holidays so you can recharge and refocus

This is your chance to do meaningful work every day—whether at home, in the classroom, or in the community.
Help build a future where every person is supported, seen, and celebrated.
