Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000 (hourly pay, not salary)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and engage with families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process.
