Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Paid Training | $24–$30/hour | In-Home ABA Services | Colorado

We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Colorado and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
• Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
• Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout Colorado
• After-school and/or weekend availability preferred

RBT Candidates Required / Encouraged

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or must be actively pursuing certification upon hire
• Paid training and onboarding provided
• Support available toward RBT certification
• RBT certification must be obtained within the required onboarding timeline in accordance with Colorado Medicaid and payer requirements
• Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
