
Under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT Floater provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, clinic, community, and school settings.
This role is unique in that the Floater position is designed to provide flexible coverage across multiple clients, staff absences, and service locations, ensuring continuity of care and consistent implementation of treatment plans.
