Responsibilities

Provide ABA Therapy

• Deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
• Use teaching methods such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Help children build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills

Collect Data & Complete Documentation

• Record behavioral data and session notes accurately
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records to support treatment progress

Collaborate with Families & Team Members

• Work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other therapy professionals
• Support caregiver training as directed by your BCBA
• Share observations and communicate client progress

Maintain Compliance & Professional Standards

• Follow HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain RBT certification or actively work toward certification
• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing feedback sessions

Prepare for Success

• Set up therapy materials and session spaces
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Follow all safety and behavior support procedures

• Attend required training and professional development activities
• Accept coaching and feedback with a growth mindset
• Represent HealthPRO Pediatrics professionally with clients, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
• Experience in ABA, mental health, education, child development, childcare, or related fields preferred
• No ABA experience? We encourage individuals who enjoy working with children and are eager to learn to apply
• Ability to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data collection skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and quality care
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing client needs
• Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
