Your Responsibilities:
-Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
-Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans
-Record accurate behavioral data
-Support development of communication, daily living, and social skills
-Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors
What We Require:
-Strong reliability and communication skills
-Patience, professionalism, and a commitment to learning
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Reliable transportation
-Prior ABA experience or experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
Additional Details:
-Sessions occur in the client’s home or community
-Part-time position
-Minimum 6-month commitment
-Encouraged to complete the 40-hour RBT course
