With full Audi manufacturer training provided, you'll work with the latest tools, technology and diagnostic equipment while carrying out high-quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics, ensuring every customer leaves with complete confidence in their vehicle.

Salary & Progression Structure

We offer a transparent, structured pay model with strong earning potential across all skill levels:

• PDI Technician – £39,155 realistic annual earnings (based on £31,000 basic)
• Vehicle Technician – £42,230 realistic annual earnings (based on £34,000 basic)
• Vehicle Technician (Brand Qualified) – £46,945 realistic annual earnings (based on £37,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
• Senior / Diagnostic Technician – £50,685 realistic annual earnings (based on £41,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
• Master Technician – £56,656 realistic annual earnings (based on £47,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)

All earnings include basic salary, retention payments, productivity bonus, Saturday overtime, plus an additional £2,000 HVE qualification payment for qualified levels.

What You'll Need

• Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification (for technical roles)
• Full UK driving licence
