Austill's Educational Therapy Services, the leading provider of pediatric, school-based services in southwestern Pennsylvania, is seeking a Register Behavior Technician to work 5 days/week (M-F) in an elementary school in Elkins Park, PA.

RBT Essential Functions
- Provides direct support to student(s) in 1:1 or group setting in accordance with IEP/PBSP and under the supervision of BCBA.
- Follows the behavior reduction and behavior skill acquisition protocols.
- Collects, records, and maintains data based on students’ behavior.
- Communicates with students’ educational team.
- Assists BCBA/BSC with FBA’s and skill acquisition.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent AND completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list as evidenced by BCBA or BCaBA; AND
Active certification through the BACB, AND
At least 1 year of experience providing behavior technician services; preferred 2 years, AND
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to think strategically and work under pressure
Active PA driver's license, clearances within 1 year of hire (PA Criminal Record, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Fingerprinting through the Dept. of Education, TB).
