Austill's Educational Therapy Services, the leading provider of pediatric, school-based services in southwestern Pennsylvania, is seeking a Register Behavior Technician to work 5 days/week (M-F) in an elementary school in Elkins Park, PA.

RBT Essential Functions
Provides direct support to student(s) in 1:1 or group setting in accordance with IEP/PBSP and under the supervision of BCBA.
Follows the behavior reduction and behavior skill acquisition protocols.
Collects, records, and maintains data based on students’ behavior.
Communicates with students’ educational team.
Assists BCBA/BSC with FBA’s and skill acquisition.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent AND completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list as evidenced by BCBA or BCaBA; AND
Active certification through the BACB, AND
At least 1 year of experience providing behavior technician services; preferred 2 years, AND
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to think strategically and work under pressure
Active PA driver's license, clearances within 1 year of hire (PA Criminal Record, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Fingerprinting through the Dept. of Education, TB).
