We are currently looking for a strong and inspiring Area Manager to lead our stores across the South-East region of Norway.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience, a strong retail background, and a genuine passion for developing both people and business. You understand the dynamics of store operations, sales performance, staffing, recruitment, customer experience, and KPI management, and you know how to turn insights into action and results.

We are looking for someone with a high level of drive, determination, and resilience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your region, and are motivated by creating growth through strong leadership and operational excellence.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for building high-performing teams, developing store managers, driving commercial performance, and ensuring consistent execution across all stores in the region. You lead by example, inspire those around you, and have the courage to challenge and improve existing ways of working.
