What The Position is About:

• Lead approximately eight Business Unit Presidents across a large regional commercial roofing portfolio
• Own and drive regional financial and operational performance across approximately $200M in annual revenue
• Hold business-unit leadership accountable for revenue, EBITDA, margins, forecasting, operational execution, safety, quality, and customer performance
• Partner with Business Unit Presidents to identify operating challenges and develop actionable solutions
• Evaluate business performance through P&L analysis, estimating, job costing, project execution, service performance, and field operations
• Coach, develop, and hold senior operating leaders accountable while building a strong leadership pipeline
• Identify organizational gaps and support leadership or structural changes when required
• Establish consistency and operating discipline while respecting the strengths and customer relationships of individual business units
• Support the integration and development of acquired businesses
• Work closely with executive leadership on regional strategy, resource allocation, growth, and organizational planning
• Maintain an active presence throughout the region and develop strong relationships with employees and leaders at each business unit
• Serve as a hands-on executive resource when individual locations face complex operational or financial challenges

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 10+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Significant contractor-side commercial roofing expertise
• Proven experience leading multiple branches, locations, markets, or business units
• Experience managing senior operating leaders with responsibility for their own businesses and P&Ls
• Significant P&L leadership experience, ideally across an organization or region approaching $150M or more in annual revenue
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing estimating, project management, field operations, service, job costing, and profitability
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and improve underperforming operations
• Strong financial acumen with an understanding of EBITDA, margins, forecasting, and operational KPIs
• Proven ability to develop senior leaders and build accountable, high-performing teams
• Experience working across acquired or independently operated business units is strongly preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
