This role is responsible for leading hotels in the Greater China and Mongolia Region to meet or exceed their annual room revenue and F&B Banquet budgets, while sustaining or enhancing their market share positions in their respective markets.
To achieve the above objectives, the role will lead (with functional supervision of DOS/Ms), guide, support, maintain, and develop robust Sales & Marketing teams within individual hotels and the regional structure. These teams must work in synergy with one another and align with the overall brand objectives and standards.
All Sales Teams across the Greater China and Mongolia Region—including Hotel Sales & Marketing, Hotel Events & Sales, Global Sales Offices (GSOs), and Regional Sales Offices (RSOs)—will be integrated into a strong, efficient sales framework.
