
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for providing spiritual leadership, ministry direction, training,resourcesandsupportforfieldstaffandvolunteerstoachievethevisionandmissionofFCA.TheRVPisresponsibleforensuringtheexpansionanddevelopmentofstaff,thedevelopmentofleadershipboards,andthegrowthoffinancialresources.TheRVPmodelstheFCAvaluesofIntegrity,Serving,TeamworkandExcellenceindealingwithstaff,volunteers,coaches,andathletes.TheyareresponsibleforensuringtheministryofFCAisconductedaccordingtobiblicalstandardsandadherestotheFCApoliciesandprocedures.TheRegional Vice President will create organizationalunityandsynergybetweenthefield staff and the Support Center.

Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and developing effective and diverse staff aligned with FCA's ministry strategy and methods for the region.
DONOR AND BOARD ADVANCEMENT
INTERNATIONAL ADVANCEMENT
Coordinate with the Regional Director of lnternational Advancement (RDIA) to connect their region with their US or Global region and serve through praying, giving, and going.

This position is open to candidates throughout the Northeast region (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, and NY).
