Der/die Regional Training Specialist ist verantwortlich für die Schulung und Weiterbildung von Kund:innen, Interessent:innen und Partnern zu Hydrafacial-Geräten, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Produkten innerhalb der zugewiesenen Region. Diese Position arbeitet eng mit Capital Sales Managern (CSMs), Business Development Managern (BDMs) sowie den internen Teams für Training & Education und Marketing zusammen, um die Markenbekanntheit und Nutzung von Hydrafacial in allen Geschäftsbereichen zu steigern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Neuinstallationen der Geräte so schnell wie möglich, spätestens innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferung

  • Durchführung von Auffrischungsschulungen und Academy-Tagen in der zugewiesenen Region

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den CSMs, insbesondere bei der Übergabe nach dem Verkauf eines Hydrafacial-Geräts

  • Enge Abstimmung mit den BDMs zur optimalen Betreuung der Kund:innen

  • Unterstützung von Schulungsprogrammen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Training-&-Education-Team, einschließlich des HFX-Franchise-Programms

  • Durchführung von Behandlungen zur Unterstützung von Corporate-, Trainings-, Marketing- und regionalen Initiativen

  • Umsetzung von Field-Programmen zur Steigerung der Gerätenutzung durch fortgeschrittene taktische Strategien

  • Dokumentation aller Schulungsbesuche im CRM-System sowie Kommunikation aller Follow-ups und nächsten Schritte an die BDMs innerhalb von 24 Stunden

  • Analyse von Aktivitäten und Markttrends und Weitergabe relevanter Daten an den Regional Sales Director

  • Teilnahme an und Unterstützung von Branchenmessen nach Bedarf

  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Kundeninteraktionen und Vertriebsaktivitäten korrekt im CRM-System erfasst werden

  • Sicherstellung hoher Datenqualität im CRM-System zur Unterstützung fundierter Entscheidungsprozesse

  • Weitere Aufgaben nach Bedarf

Was Sie mitbringen:

Erforderlich:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der Kosmetik-/Ästhetikbranche und im Vertrieb

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Training/Coaching im Bereich Kosmetik und Vertrieb mit ausgeprägter Leidenschaft für Schulung und Weiterbildung

  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 50 % sowie gültiger Führerschein

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über Hautpflegewirkstoffe und Hautbedürfnisse

  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Organisationsstärke und ausgeprägte Follow-up-Kompetenz

  • Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in einer der folgenden Sprachen: Deutsch

Wünschenswert:

  • Erfahrung in der Beauty- oder Ästhetikbranche

  • Staatlich geprüfte/r Kosmetiker:in oder entsprechende Lizenz bevorzugt

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

The Role:

TheRegional Training Specialist will train and educate customers,prospectsand consumers on the Hydrafacial device, consumables, and products throughout the assigned region. This position will work together with the Capital Sales Manager (CSM) and Business Development Manager (BDM) of the territory as well as our Training & Education and Marketing teams to showcase the Company and device at tradeshows, experience center functions and corporate events with the unified goal to enhance Hydrafacial awareness and utilization across lines of business throughout region.

JobResponsibilities

  • Conduct new device installations as soon as possible after delivery within 14 days.

  • Run refresher training and Academy days asrequiredwithin the assigned region.

  • Cooperate with the CSMs, especiallyregardinghandover after the HF device has been sold.

  • Collaborate and constant exchange with the BDMs to best meet customer needs.

  • Support training programs, in partnership with the Training & Education team, including the HFX franchise.

  • Perform treatments to support corporate, training, marketing, and regional initiatives.

  • Conduct field programs to driveutilizationthrough more advanced tactical strategies.

  • Provide detailed notesregardingtraining visits in the CRM tool and communicate all follow up and next steps to the BDM within 24 hours of training.

  • Document activity and trends in the field and communicate comprehensive data information and analysis to Regional Sales Director.

  • Attend and support industry tradeshows, as needed.

  • Ensure all account interactions and sales activities are logged accurately in the company CRM tool for comprehensive record-keeping and analysis.

  • Maintainhigh standardsof data quality within the CRM system to support reliable reporting and decision-making processes.

  • Otherduties as assigned

What you need to know:

Experience/Skills/Education

Required:

  • Minimum3+ years of relatedestheticsand sales experience

  • Minimum2+ yearsestheticsand sales training experience. Extensive passion for training and educating employees and potential clients on Hydrafacial devices and products.

  • Extensive travel (approximately 50%) isrequired;valid driving licensea must

  • Experience of and thorough knowledgepertaining toskin care ingredients and concerns.

  • Possessa strong senseof urgency, organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Customer & Service focused.

  • Fluency in German languagea must.

Desired:

  • Beauty or aesthetics industry experience

  • Estheticianlicense strongly preferred.

  • Fluency in English.
