Location: Onsite-NYC or Philadelphia based
Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $84,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
Employment Logistics:
The Regional Training Manager (RTM) - Operations is a Learning & Development Senior Specialist role that supports Operations training execution by designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that strengthen employee skills, support career growth, and align with organizational goals. This role partners with onsite operations trainers, business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop role-specific content, and support development initiatives across OnTrac Operations. The RTM also administers LMS content and reporting, facilitates in-person and virtual training including the operations train-the-trainer program, and uses feedback and metrics to improve learning effectiveness over time.

The Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, or a related field
• Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience developing training programs, workshops, and learning content
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, adult learning, and instructional design practices

Your Mission in Motion:
A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.
• Assess learning needs: Use surveys, interviews, performance data, and stakeholder input to identify organizational learning needs and development opportunities.
• Design and develop learning content: Create engaging training programs, workshops, videos, SOP’s, e-learning content, and role-specific materials in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Facilitate training and support development initiatives: Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for employees and leaders, while contributing to leadership development, onboarding, career development, and other employee growth initiatives.
• Administer LMS activities: Maintain accurate course content, reporting, and learning records within the Learning Management System.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness: Use metrics, feedback, and learning outcomes to assess program impact, recommend improvements, and strengthen learning solutions over time.
• Apply learning best practices: Stay current on industry trends, adult learning principles, and instructional design practices to continuously improve learning programs.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.

Compensation decisions are made based on the specific circumstances of each hire to ensure fair and competitive pay.
