Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a full time center-based RBT Trainer to oversee our Columbus, OH centers in Dublin, Westerville, Gahanna, and Upper Arlington! This is a non-billable position with no caseload that focuses supporting our new Behavior Technicians in their journey to becoming Registered Behavior Technicians.
The Regional Trainer is responsible for accelerating client success by maintaining clinical quality in new hire training at their assigned locations. The trainer will implement new hire onboarding for Behavior Technicians to prepare them to deliver ABA therapy for young children ages 2-12 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disabilities. The Regional Trainer will deliver training content that meets the requirements of the 40-hour RBT training and prepare new technicians for the RBT examination.
This is a leadership role that requires collaboration with Clinical Directors, Practice Managers, and other members of the leadership team. This role reports to the regions Director of Clinical Excellence.
