We are hiring a: Regional Total Rewards Senior Analyst (EMEA&APAC)
Location: This role can be performed either onsite in Lędziny or remotely, with occasional visits to the Lędziny site as needed.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Total Rewards, the Regional Total Rewards Senior Analyst manages and supports compensation and benefits programs across EMEA and APAC. The role provides analytical, operational, and consulting support to ensure competitive, compliant, and locally relevant practices aligned with the global strategy. The Senior Analyst partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders on insights, process maintenance, and key annual cycles including salary planning, incentives, and market benchmarking.
What You’ll Do:
Compensation
• Support design and administration of regional compensation programs (base pay, incentives, recognition).
• Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and market pricing.
• Partner with HRBPs and TA on offers, promotions, and transfers.
• Assist with annual merit and bonus cycles.
• Maintain pay structures aligned with market and global frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, unions, and works councils.
• Support Total Rewards systems (e.g. Dayforce), including testing and enhancements.
Benefits
• Assist in managing regional benefits (healthcare, retirement, wellbeing).
• Partner with HR and vendors to ensure competitive and compliant plans.
• Support renewals, vendor reviews, and annual enrollment.
• Analyze data to identify cost trends and improvement opportunities.
Job Architecture & Governance
• Support job leveling, titling, and alignment across the region.
• Ensure consistency with global frameworks and local requirements.
• Maintain job structure documentation.
Data & Reporting
• Develop reports and dashboards for Total Rewards.
• Provide insights using internal and market data.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems.
Compliance & Projects
• Monitor regulatory changes and support compliant solutions.
• Maintain audit documentation and internal controls.
• Contribute to regional and global Total Rewards projects.
What You´ll Need to Succeed?
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience overseeing total rewards function in multiple countries within the region.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing total rewards strategies and programs in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
• Certified Total Rewards Professional (CCP) highly preferred
• Fluent English
