Key Exciting Responsibilities
• Orchestrate benefits and compensation solutions for regional business partners, balancing global frameworks with specific country contexts.
• Set country benefits strategy and spearhead compliance, execution, renewal management, and communication strategies for health, leave, and financial benefit plans in collaboration with global brokers.
• Drive the strategic assessment of regional compensation structures, maintaining base pay systems and monitoring essential compliance legislation like pay equity and transparency.
• Partner with regional operations and people experience teams to champion global wellbeing initiatives and foster a supportive, connected internal culture.
• Conduct ad-hoc benchmark analysis and collaborate with people systems teams to align corporate data with regional requirements.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience managing or supporting Total Rewards programs, specifically across compensation, benefits, or employee wellbeing.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including PX Business Partners, payroll, finance and global business stakeholders.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities with a history of working autonomously in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Bonus Points For:
• Five or more years of dedicated experience specializing in multi-national compensation or benefits programs.
• Prior consulting experience supporting US-based multinational organizations across various country contexts.
• A forward-thinking mindset with an interest in leveraging emerging technologies and AI to enhance program delivery.
