Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering.
2. Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated success in a consultative sales role and/or Angio Suite sales experience.
3. Proven track record managing distributors and achieving revenue targets in complex or tender-driven markets.
4. Familiarity with neurovascular procedures, physician workflow, and hospital procurement structures.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Desired Qualifications

1. Minimum three (3) years of neurovascular or interventional therapy.
2. Neurovascular experience, including strong experience in interventional radiology, cardiology, or minimally invasive vascular therapies.
3. Experience in managing distributors in a complex market, including structured sales cadence, funnel management, and running joint business reviews.
4. Direct engagement experience with physicians/KOLs.
5. Prior experience with multinational medical device companies.
