About Your Role

You're not just stepping into a role, you're taking charge of a region. As the Regional Technical Service, Senior Manager (Southeast Asia), you will be the go-to expert for technical excellence across the region. You'll shape strategies, lead a high-performing technical team, and work directly with global leadership and commercial teams to drive breeder and broiler performance. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional technical team (direct oversight of Thailand & the Philippines)
• Act as the main technical contact for South & Southeast Asia
• Align technical actions with global product strategy and regional commercial goals
• Establish and monitor quarterly technical plans and performance budgets
• Ensure consistent customer visit protocols: pre-brief, field actions, debriefs
• Deliver monthly technical activity summaries and analyses
• Oversee regional technical meetings and succession planning within the team
• Represent the company at conferences, giving lectures and technical presentations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in poultry breeding, veterinary sciences, or commercial poultry operations
• Leadership experience in managing regional or multicultural technical teams
• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or Agricultural Engineering
• Masters or PhD preferred
• Fluent in English; Thai or Filipino proficiency is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel regionally
