Job Description


Responsible for booking and revenue production typically in the $2.4 - $5M range, expense control while ensuring quality support and strong customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for achieving booking and revenue targets for region.

• Responsible for generation, tracking and proper follow-up for all support sales in region. With assistance from HQ, issue quotations and close orders to meet booking goals.

• Responsible for timely submission of reports including sale pipeline, regional activities, project manpower forecasting and PM parts forecasting.

• Represent Customer Satisfaction Group capabilities in new equipment sales process by assisting regional sales managers and sales management.

• Follow up with customers to ensure YAI is paid for goods and services.

• Address “critical” account issues to ensure prompt, complete resolution.

• Manage budget and manpower requirements.

• Responsible for timely submission of required reports.

• Participate in development of new departmental policies.

• Coordinate service contract activities, including quarterly reviews and renewals.

• Work with Tech Sales to respond to customer needs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA and five to seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
