Your
missions :
• Ensures local systems and applications are up and running and that all requests are addressed with defined SLAs and agreed customer satisfaction levels across the business.
• Supervise Operations & Infrastructure team day to day work and projects.
• Take initiatives to propose Operations & Infrastructure improvements at global and local level and actively contribute to local IT Team success.
• Builds and maintains the local Operations & Infrastructure project portfolio in conjunction with the Global PMO and under corporate IT policy.
• Actively contributes with cyber-SOC services to identify real time attacks and mitigate all cyber risks, Designs and implements cyber resilient IT architecture to limit cyber risk exposure and external attacks.
• Defines the regional Operations & Infrastructure IT budget (OpEx / CapEx) for all O&I product lines including Network & Telecom, Modern workplace and Systems & Hosting in close connection with IT Zone Leader.
• Asset Management: builds systems to track all global assets to ensure full compliance, visibility and negotiation leverage.
• Ensures consistent quality and overall solution performance to meet group requirements.
• Up to 20% travel could be necessary.
Your
profile :
Qualifications
• Above bachelor's degree in engineering or information technology with at least 10 years of professional IS technology leadership experience.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
• Capacity of technology architecture & IT operations knowledge - to define architecture and organization to provide robust and scalable technical foundation.
• Good understanding of Cyber Security Expertise (Intermediate) - cyber security threats and remediation strategy.
• Ability of vendor management - select and manage products and vendors.
• Advanced domain expertise capability to master one or several IT Domain(s), challenge, propose improvements and act as the referent in a defined domain(s).
• Fluent English skills.
