Regional Technical Lead

方向：电池产品技术专家 Reginal Technical Lead - Battery Product

Principal Duties & Responsibilities主要工作内容和职责:

- 项目执行与管理：依据相关产品标准、质量控制流程及内部工作规程，独立或主导完成电池储能产品的测试与认证项目；主动与客户沟通，制定项目计划，确保项目按时交付并满足客户预期。

- 技术能力提升：积极参与行业标准技术委员会，与外部专家交流；通过研读专业文献、关注行业动态、参加技术研讨会及会议等方式，不断提升在电池储能领域的技术洞察力，保持技术前瞻性。

- 内部技术支持：为内部团队提供及时、准确、清晰的技术问题解答，推动CSA集团内部技术论坛的活跃讨论；在运营、培训及资质团队的支持下，负责电池储能团队的技术培训，确保团队技术能力处于行业领先水平。

- 市场与销售协同：为销售及市场部门提供专业技术支持，包括客户拜访、售前技术交流、市场宣传材料审核、技术研讨会及客户技术沟通会等活动，助力业务拓展。

- 质量审核与报告编制：协助项目技术负责人（PTL）或技术经理（TM）开展员工技术审查、能力评估及内部审计；编写项目技术报告（PT）和内部控制报告（ILC），并协助进行异常数据的调查与分析。

Preferred Education & Experience 职位要求:

-具备北美市场电子电气产品及电池类产品（含小型便携电池、大型储能系统）的测试与认证经验，或新能源领域电池产品的研发/测试经验。

-熟悉以下一项或多项电池安全标准者优先：

电芯/模组/电池包：UL/CSA 62133、IEC 62619、IEC 63056、UL 1973

储能系统及热失控：UL 9540、UL 9540A

-了解以下防火防爆测试标准者优先：

防火：EN 13823、UL 2043、ISO 9705、NFPA 286

防爆：NFPA 68， NFPA 69， NFPA 855

-优秀的客户管理及项目管理能力，能独立制定计划并推动项目按时交付。

-具备团队合作精神，善于跨部门协作，能独立分析并解决复杂技术问题。

-良好的英语听说读写能力（CET-6或同等水平优先），能够熟练阅读英文标准、撰写技术报告并与海外客户/专家交流。

-能够适应较高频率的商务出差，如客户现场、实验室、行业会议等。
