
Electric Boat is seeking a highly skilled and qualified candidate to support the rapid growth within the Submarine Industrial Base. The cross-functional Regional Support Team has been established to assist in driving all Operational aspects of safety, quality, cost, and schedule within supplier’s facilities. The three-pronged approach of the team supports Focus Factories, Make to Buy, and the NNS Charleston Operations. This position is designed for Make to Buy and requires the flexibility to support any of the three onsite at the supplier. The selected candidate will oversee a team based locally within the Southeast and onsite at other critical vendors in the supply base.
Qualified applicants must possess a high degree of professionalism and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must be able to support time-critical assignments and competent to interface with all levels of management, both internally and externally. The selected candidate will report directly to the Site Manager.
This position is based out of the Goose Creek, SC Regional Support Team Office, and may be eligible for relocation.
