Ready to shape the performance of a global aerospace supply chain? Moog is looking for a dynamic Regional Supplier Development Manager to lead supplier capability, drive long‑term improvement, and elevate the maturity of a diverse, high‑value supply base.
This is a role for a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a leader who thrives in complex technical environments.
Lead regional supplier development strategy and a high‑performing engagement team
Own long‑term supplier performance and capability growth
Build and govern supplier assessment and prioritization frameworks
Drive recovery, improvement, and long‑range maturity initiatives
Influence senior leaders with clear communication on priorities, risks, and progress
Act as the technical and quality escalation point for programs and operations
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Strong background across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
5–10 years leading technical teams
Expertise in LEAN, structured problem solving, and quality systems
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure
Willingness to travel >25% globally
