Travel: Up to 75% travel between studio locations

Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 annually, plus performance bonus

Job Summary

A growing multi-location fitness and wellness organization is seeking a Regional Studio Leader to oversee the performance, people, sales, operations, and member experience across multiple locations in the Dallas market.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for developing Studio Leaders, driving revenue and membership growth, improving operational consistency, and ensuring each location delivers strong financial results and an exceptional member experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong multi-unit operator and sales leader who is comfortable managing financial performance, developing managers, holding teams accountable to KPIs, and maintaining an active presence across multiple studio locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Studio Leaders across multiple fitness and wellness locations.
  • Own regional financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, EBITDA, payroll, and controllable costs.
  • Drive membership growth through improved lead outreach, intro bookings, conversion, follow-up, sales execution, retention, and net member growth.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture across the region.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and action plans and hold Studio Leaders accountable for results.
  • Maintain consistent in-studio presence through regular visits, walkthroughs, operational audits, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure locations consistently meet standards for cleanliness, hospitality, member experience, staffing, scheduling, equipment, and overall operations.
  • Support coaching quality through coach audits, training, feedback, and development plans.
  • Identify underperforming studios or leaders and develop practical corrective action plans to improve performance.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, team development, succession planning, and leadership bench strength across the region.
  • Monitor membership growth, intro conversion, retention, churn, class utilization, and other key operating metrics.
  • Partner with executive leadership to review regional performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Improve operating consistency and support scalable processes and systems across studio locations.
  • Develop Studio Leaders into stronger business operators, sales leaders, and people managers.
  • Ensure growth initiatives and operational expectations are consistently executed throughout the region.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or another service-driven business.
  • Proven sales leadership experience within a membership-driven environment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, labor management, and operating metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop managers and build high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to establish performance expectations and hold leaders accountable for results.
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills.
  • Ability to identify performance issues and implement effective corrective action plans.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing, multi-location organization.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between studio locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience within a multi-location fitness or wellness organization.
  • Experience managing membership sales, conversion, retention, and churn metrics.
  • Experience overseeing multiple P&Ls or managing regional financial performance.
  • Experience developing Studio Managers, General Managers, or other location-level leaders.
  • Experience improving underperforming locations or teams.
  • Familiarity with fitness studio operations, class utilization, coaching standards, and member experience.

Work Environment / Schedule

  • Full-time, exempt leadership position.
  • Based within the Dallas market region.
  • Up to 75% travel between studio locations is required.
  • Requires regular in-person presence at locations for leadership meetings, studio walkthroughs, operational audits, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Schedule flexibility may be required based on studio operations, business needs, and leadership responsibilities.
