The JD will be provided by the Hiring Manager

Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Tracks the organization's financial performance, improves financial communication strategies, and delivers financial forecasting and analysis to help guide decision making and set strategy.
Assists in the management of presentation documentation for financial summary meetings.
Improves the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance.
Establishes analysis and delivers insights that link financial data to organizational strategies.
Forecasts budgetary successes based upon market data and historical trends.
Determines methods for clearly communicating financial strategies to leaders.
Designs systems to model and benchmark financial movements.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
