Supports Shore installation in Guam
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports Shore PEM and OCF PEM roles, ensuring smooth operations to manage installation cost, schedule, and performance issues with ISEAs.
- Updates tasks and POAMs in response to FRCB delays.
- Provides support to the Government RSIM team, including: (a) review SOVT and Installation discrepancies and provide status, (b) Review Production Tasks and conduct reviews and draft IRRs, (c) Prepare and track weekly action reports and distribute information, (d) Prepare and present briefs and take meeting minutes and track action items, (e) Track submitted IRRs and upload to SPIDER, (f) Review and update SITREPs and upload documents from Share Point site to the SPIDER TDL.
- Provides financial oversight to review, validate, and adjust funding documents.
- Conducts compliance checks and develop mitigation plans, address discrepancies, and upload missing documents.
- Provides subject matter expertise in data management by participating in contract reviews and planning meetings, utilizing expertise in data systems, and collaborating on system enhancements for better job visibility.
- Reviews and addresses issues with ICD bi-weekly reports and review open discrepancies of shore installation reports as well as review and work flow documents for the IAM. Submits lessons learned for assigned projects and provides continuous improvement recommendations.
- Participates in various meetings and IPT TELCON supporting shore installation process and requirements across all C4I system installations.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
5-10 years experience.

High School diploma
