La persona sarà assunta dalla società STILL s.p.a., parte dell’organizzazione Kion Industrial Trucks Services EMEA- ITALY. Questa comprende al suo interno i brand STILL, Linde Material Handling e Baoli.
Questi brand sono parte del KION Group, gruppo internazionale leader nel settore del material handling e dell’intralogistica.
La figura verrà inserita nel dipartimento service della Filiale Torino sita in Cascine Vica di Rivoli (TO)
MISSIONE
Il REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER a diretto riporto del responsabile di Filiale coordina e supervisiona la pianificazione e l’esecuzione delle attività di manutenzione/riparazione dei service engineers. Assicura l’efficienza e la qualità dell’esecuzione delle attività di Service, in linea con le procedure tecniche e gli obiettivi aziendali.
La sua attività è rivolta allo sviluppo del business sul territorio per il mantenimento dei clienti attivi e il procacciamento di nuovi clienti
Responsabilità chiave
A titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, si riportano le principali attività gestite dalla posizione:
Gestisce il proprio team di service engineers, interfacciandosi con i tecnici in caso di problematiche con i clienti da risolvere;
Ha la responsabilità della gestione del cliente, garantendo la soddisfazione delle sue necessità;
Ricerca attivamente nuove opportunità di after sales, operando fronte-cliente;
Mantiene i contatti con i clienti, raccogliendone le richieste e assicurandone la soddisfazione;
Discute i preventivi per i clienti.
Requisiti professionali
Laurea in discipline tecniche o diploma tecnico
Esperienze precedenti in ruoli analoghi preferibilmente presso aziende del settore dei carrelli elevatori o settori affini, di medio-grandi dimensioni e modernamente organizzate;
Solido background tecnico (meccanico e/o elettronico e/o gestionale);
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office e di un ERP gestionale;
Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative;
Qualità di leadership e capacità di gestire risorse;
Elevato livello di organizzazione e capacità di gestire in autonomia il proprio lavoro;
Capacità di pianificazione;
Capacità analitiche e problem solving
