As a Regional Services Manager, you will be based in Whangarei, with the role managing staff in Whangarei and Auckland. The Northern region covers Northland and North/West Auckland. As a Regional Service Manager, you could be based in Whangarei or Auckland, however travel across the region is required on a regular basis. You will inspire and lead a team of Employment Consultants across the Northern region by:

  • Supporting your team to deliver strong sales and service outcomes – achieving and exceeding
    performance goals.
  • Developing and cmentoring staff, fostering a high-performing and supportive culture.
  • Building and nurturing employer, stakeholder and community partnerships.
  • Translating national strategies into practical, regional business plans.
  • Balancing commercial acumen with compassion – ensuring jobseekers are at the heart of
    everything we do.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a leader who brings both business results and heart. You will have:

  • Proven senior sales leadership, with ideally 7+ years in a senior role.
  • A track record of exceeding performance and business targets
  • Strong people leadership skills – coaching, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Emotional intelligence, empathy, and a genuine commitment to inclusion.
  • Commercial acumen and operational know-how to run a regional business unit.
