As Regional Service Delivery Lead, EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in the Global Business Services Source-To-Pay (S2P) division. Your work will directly contribute to improving patients' lives by ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across EMEA. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and excellence, making a tangible impact on healthcare outcomes. As a key member of the S2P Operations global team, you will provide leadership and planning to ensure proper execution of sourcing and contracting activities.
What You Will Achieve
Provide strategic direction, oversight, and full accountability for regional service delivery in EMEA of Source-To-Pay (S2P) solutions delivered by the engaged external third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, ensuring alignment with Pfizer’s goals and compliance with contractual agreements.
Oversee BPO sourcing and contracting execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs for the EMEA region.
Act as the point of contact and escalation for business stakeholders, S2P Category teams, and BPO partners for the EMEA region.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, drive operational excellence, and identify process improvements and risks.
Support procurement technology enablement, team development, and performance evaluation of the BPO partner.
Champion innovation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across functions to achieve strategic objectives.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
BA/BS with at least 7+ years of experience, MBA/MS with at least 6 years, PhD/JD with at least 1 year.
Strong project management skills and expertise in service delivery within a large organization.
Proficiency in financial management, resource allocation, and procurement processes (Sourcing to Contracting).
Advanced analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience with SAP Ariba suite (Ariba eSourcing, Contract Workbench) or similar enterprise procurement software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.
Advanced MS Office capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
English language fluency.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
Experience as a team leader/manager within a Shared Service Center or Center of Excellence.
MCIPS or equivalent professional procurement qualification.
Sourcing and contracting experience in categories such as Office Equipment, IT, Marketing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Construction, Professional Services, R&D, Direct Materials.
Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, German, Mandarin, French, Dutch, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Arabic).

Work location: Hybrid - onsite an average of 2.5 days per week or as the business requires.
