Job Description

Make an Impact
We are seeking a Regional Marketing Executive (OSEA) to join our Regional Marketing team in Hong Kong. This role will manage the localisation, planning, and execution of 360-degree marketing strategies across key OSEA regional clusters. Reporting directly to the OSEA Marketing Manager. This role will champion a multi-market portfolio, driving end-to-end brand marketing strategy and execution, and fueling commercial marketing success across our APAC distributor network.
The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy, creative, organised brand storyteller who is highly adaptable and possesses strong stakeholder-management and communication skills. Must be comfortable navigating both offline trade environments and digital marketing channels.

What you will do in this role

Brand & Retail Marketing (Australia & Hong Kong)
• Go-To-Market Execution: Translate global and regional brand assets into localised, high-impact seasonal campaigns and product launches tailored for local consumer landscapes.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimise the marketing budget allocation across assigned categories and regions, ensuring strong ROI and ROAS metrics.
• Brand Campaign Integration: Support and drive the marketing roadmap across the region, integrating social media, influencer marketing (KOLs), PR, Events planning, strategic Licensor partner communication, Mall communication, and paid media strategies, etc., into broader brand campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to drive unified, omni-channel execution. Coordinate with regional brand, E-Commerce, CRM, and digital teams on localised strategy and traffic-driving initiatives; align with local commercial teams to accelerate retail and wholesale results; and engage with VM and Finance to secure impactful in-store storytelling and budget control.
• Data Analysis: Utilise Google Analytics, Emplifi and platform metrics to track campaign effectiveness, providing actionable reports on digital engagement and consumer insights.
Distributor Management (Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand)
• Partner Enablement: Act as an important marketing contact for regional OSEA distributors. Equip partners with seasonal Toolkits, visual assets, product information, and brand guidelines and provide marketing initiatives and direction.
• Campaign Approval: Review and approve marketing plans submitted by distributors, ensuring strict adherence to global brand integrity while accommodating local market nuances.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate distributor-led marketing activities; analyse campaign wrap-ups and performance data to provide strategic feedback, optimise joint marketing efforts, and drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the watches, jewellery, fashion accessories, or FMCG/lifestyle retail sectors. Regional or multi-market experience is highly preferred.
• Distributor Experience: Prior experience collaborating with or managing third-party distributors/wholesale partners is a distinct advantage.
• Digital Savviness: Proven exposure to digital marketing execution (Paid Social, KOL management, Google Analytics). Hands-on digital campaign experience is a plus.
• Tools & Systems: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required; hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other artwork/design software is a strong plus
• Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple timelines, brands, and stakeholders simultaneously.
◦ Excellent commercial acumen; data-driven with an understanding of sell-through, ROI, and budget optimisation.
◦ Creative storyteller with an eye for detail and visual aesthetic.
• Language: Native or professional fluency in English and Cantonese is required (Mandarin is a strong asset) to effectively communicate with regional teams and local partners.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work across regions and global time zones.

What We Offer

• Learning and development opportunities to support your career growth
• Employee discounts and access to our product portfolio
