Job Description

Security Officer

  • Location: Northamptonshire & surrounding areas
  • Rate: £13.54 p/h + travel
  • Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week days & nights , flexible pattern subject to change

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you'll be the cornerstone of site safety – conducting patrols, managing access, and responding to incidents with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce security officer protocols for access control and patrols
  • Demonstrate security officer vigilance through systematic monitoring
  • Uphold security officer standards in incident reporting
  • Liaise as the security officer representative for client/staff enquiries

Essential Requirements

  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Strong security officer mindset – observant, proactive, professional
  • Basic IT literacy for security officer reporting systems
