The Leadership Opportunity

The Regional Vice President of Sales will play a pivotal role in scaling the organization's enterprise sales organization and accelerating market penetration across their assigned territory. This executive will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals while driving strategic relationships with key accounts.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Build, develop, and lead a team of enterprise sales directors and account executives
  • Drive and optimize complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles with Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Establish and nurture executive relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with C-suite leadership to shape company strategy and drive organizational excellence
  • Develop and implement best practices for sales processes, methodology, and talent development
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and maximize market opportunity

Ideal Executive Profile

Our client seeks an accomplished sales leader with:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with 5+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
  • Successfully scaled and led enterprise sales teams in high-growth technology companies
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT operations, preferably with exposure to AIOps, ITSM, or adjacent markets
  • Experience selling to CIO, CTO, and VP-level IT executives
  • Strong operational acumen with demonstrated ability to build and optimize sales processes
  • History of successful collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success organizations

Location
