Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualify leadsvia CRMand setqualityappointments for Field Sales Repsto achieve daily & monthly targets
Maintainopen communication withthefield sales team to ensureaseamless transition ofleads/opportunities
Meetwithmanagerdaily,monthly,andquarterlyto reviewKPIs
Createnew salesopportunities through in personcold calling, socialmediaandphone prospecting
Maintaina high levelof conversion rate from lead to appointment
Learnto sell, take custom measurements,and serviceOrascoptic’sproduct lineofcustom loupes and headlights
Attend, support, and sell at trade shows, school fittings,and continuing education events
Providesalesservicecoverage foropenterritories
Make outbound sales calls to customers to support funnel management
Providecustomerswithsalesconsultationspost salesservice over the phoneand inperson
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of related work experience required with a heavy focus on customer interaction and customer engagement; inside or outside sales experience is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills required.
Good business acumen including business management fundamentals required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
Proven success in quickly learning computer systems required.
Good data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English required.
Proven success in prioritizing assigned work required.
Ability to gather, understand, and interpret information required.
Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills required.
Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required.
Location/Travel:
Positionis remote- candidate can live anywhere in the US, preferably near an airport
Up to 75%travel, including weekend travel- primarily to schools, tradeshows,andcontinuing educationcoursesacross the US; mileage reimbursement will be provided for car travel

Target Market Salary Range:
